Shipping policy

Orders will be dispatched everyday by 12pm and after dispatch it will take 1 to 7 working days for it to reach you depending on your delivery location.

Saturday, Sunday and other public holidays are non working days.

We ensure that the shipments are dispatched within the stipulated time but the actual delivery depends on the postal service. While the shipments usually get delivered earlier or within the expected timelines, there can be rare exceptions at times which even the postal agency cannot foresee. We seek your cooperation and understanding in such situations. Alamaarri shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the post office.

In case of any unavoidable or emergency situations the dispatch time might take longer than the above mentioned duration, kindly cooperate with us.

Tracking details will be mailed to your given email address after the product is shipped. You have to track your shipment thereafter. In case you do not receive the shipment within the expected timelines, please get in touch with us.

In case of delivery failure due to incorrect/incomplete address provided by you or return of package to us by the postal service due to your unavailability to receive the product, the charges to resend the product will be payable by you.
